No... no, I decidedly do not get hungry on this eating plan.

Here, for example, is what I had for dinner.



Three spears of oven-roasted asparagus, the leftover garlic green beans from last night, some fresh cucumber, celery, red pepper and grape tomatoes (with dip), some salsa chicken (see previous entry for "recipe") and a salad (bagged, but with grape tomatoes and almond slices on top (and ranch dressing). 



A side shot to show the size of this salad bowl. Not a petite salad. I honestly could not eat the last cup or so of it. I was just too full.

So... yeah, I kind of laugh when people say they worry that I'm not eating enough (or well)
