1. Pierce your nose or tongue? Nose - had it done once, would like to do it again.
2. Be serious or be funny? Depends on the situation. It irritates me when folks joke rather than deal with really serious stuff, but most stuff isn't serious enough to need to not joke and have fun while dealing with it.
3. Boxers or briefs? I don't wear either, but prefer boxer briefs on men. Best of both worlds!
4. Whole or skim milk? Skim in most cases.
5. Single or taken? Taken
6. Simple or complicated? I'm complicated, but I like things to be simple.....how's that for an answer! (I agree with my sis here!)
7. Law or anarchy? You never create anything new by following the rules, but I think we need a basis of laws to support society, so a bit of both.
8. Flowers or angels? Flowers
9. Grey or gray? Either. I'm flexible.
10. Read or write? Yes, please.
11. Color or black-and-white photos? Depends on the situation. I love sepia tones, when the subject works for them.
12. Sunrise or sunset? Both have their own charm.
13. M&M's or Skittles? Usually M&Ms, although I like skittles for plane trips. Little bites of fruity flavor and chewy texture give my mouth something to do.
14. Go to bed late or wake up late? Go to bed late and /then/ wake up late. LOL. Actually, usually go to bed and wake up early.
15. Rain or Sun? Rain. Gods, I miss rain.
16. TV or Radio? I have the same issue with both - commercials! I prefer Roku/DVD for tv series' and recorded music (ipod or pandora) for music.
17. Is it POP or SODA? Soda, although usually I order "Diet coke or pepsi, whatever you have."
18. X or O in Tic-Tac-Toe? Either
19. Leather purse or knit purse? Leather. Knit gets messy too fast.
20. Eat an apple or an orange? Apples are easier. Golden delicious, Fuji or the like, usually.
21. What came first the chicken or the egg? The egg - reptiles laid eggs millenia before chickens existed.
22. Hot or Cold? Drinks? Cold. Climate? Cold. Food? Usually hot. Emotions? Hot.
23. Light or dark nail polish? Dark, usually a burgundy tone of some sort.
24. Tall members of the opposite sex or short? Tall, although it's really more about personality than height.
25. Sun or moon? Moon
26. Emerald or ruby? I actually prefer garnet or lapis or other semi-precious stones.
27. Mt. Dew or Surge? Mt. Dew (mixed half and half with Diet Pepsi, or fully Diet)
28. Left or right? Depends
29. 10 acquaintances or 1 best friend? 1 Best Friend
30. Vanilla ice cream or chocolate ice cream? Good vanilla (preferably with pecan pralines in it, or a little chocolate syrup or the like.) If it's just mediocre, chocolate. Bad chocolate is better than bad vanilla.
31. High or Drunk? Drunk.
32. Green beans or carrots? Carrots, usually. Green beans only if garlic stir-fried
33. Low fat or fat free? Fat free, in most cases.
34. What is your biggest fear in the world? Abandonment/rejection
35. Silver jewelry or gold jewelry? Silver
36. Kids or no kids? Kids...duh!
37. Cat or dog? My dog.
38. Half empty or half full? Half full
39. Mustard or ketchup? Ketchup, usually. Sometimes both.
40. Hard cover books or soft cover books? Soft Cover. After selling thousands of dollars of books to Powells before moving to Massachusetts, I've gotten careful about what I buy.
41. Newspaper or magazine? Magazine, I get my news mostly online.
42. Sandals or sneakers? Ballet flats, if at all possible. Sneakers for working around the yard/hiking/long trips to the zoo, etc. Sandals when I've got a pedicure and the situation is right.
44. Red car or white car? Red!
45. Happy and poor or sad and rich? Happy and poor...actually prefer happy and comfortable, which is what I am. (Ditto)
46. Singing or dancing? Singing. I love to dance, but I sing better and less self-consciously.
47. Hugging or Kissing? Yes, please.
48. Eat in or take out? Eat in or drive-thru and eat in the car.
