In which we hit the bottom line...
Jul. 3rd, 2007 08:01 pmPrice on house lowered...
by 21,000$.
Last month in Easthampton, 17 houses sold. Not one of them was above 300K$. We've dropped ours to $298,000 hoping to bring in those who are looking "under 300K."
We've hit the bottom line on what we can accept and still pay off the outstanding mortgage/agent's commission/legal fees for sale.
Please keep good house-thoughts going for us, and if you know of anyone in W.Mass who's looking for a great house at a great price, let me know.
