Does anyone have a simple, easy to maintain and potentially postable tracker that they use for keeping track of their BPAL/bpal-esque bits? I have boxes and bags and... piles of imps and I only wear about a half dozen scents, so I'd love to find a way to trade for some of the few I do wear.
But at this point, just trying to figure out what all I have is... daunting.

Ideas?

How simple this is probably depends on your technical expertise - but I've been drooling over this: http://ceejbot.com/bpal/browse/about and meaning to set it up for myself or get drivingblind to do it for me ;)

If that's a bit overkill for what you're looking for, in the bpal.org forums there are some spreadsheets people have put together that I imagine could be used with google docs to accomplish what you want. http://www.bpal.org/index.php?showtopic=10049&st=200
