In which we poll the PDX masses...
Nov. 2nd, 2004 04:07 pmThis question is predominantly for the PDX area folks, although others are welcome to chime in.
I'm wanting to get a little gift (can't afford more than about $10 each) for the vendors who are supporting my book at this convention (and to take with to signings in the future). I'm thinking chocolates are nice (They're "shareable", classy, and most folks like them.)
I'd like to find one "signature" thing and stick with it... I was thinking maybe a small box of a more expensive chocolate (moonstruck is here in portland, and there's a godiva shop here too), rather than a bigger box of a more "mainstream" (Sees, Whitmans, etc)...
It needs to be something I can get year round, and that I can pick up quickly in the Portland area (rather than having to order.
Ideas? Favorites?

Fruits are also a good choice as well. But that's because I can't eat regular Chocolates. Just a thought on that.
