Done for the day, it's only 3, I can concentrate on company and helping Pat get ready for Sergeants without guilt!

I'm officially 1/6th (or 3/17ths) done with the book, and I've written about 50 pages out of the 288 to be written.

And now, I'm getting up to go walk around, because I've been sitting here too long! :)

Dang, woman, you are rolling. I feel guilty. I have been writing nil. ;) I am plotting and doing promotional work while I finished up some last minute edits for a project I had due....then I decided not to start on my new book until September. Take the rest of August off to really square away my office, get organized, do all the stuff around the house that isn't getting done.

Then I read about your sprints, and I feel guilty!!

I would have loved to take August off, with the little one being home from school and all, but since I've got a contract with a first draft due first of November, I didn't really have that option. I still have two weekends in August/early September that I'm not going to be able to do any writing (SCA events I have to be at) and various other delays that may affect my output (like today where I got shanghaied into spending the day helping the Baronial Scribe finish up calligraphy and illumination on scrolls for the event for this weekend)...

So, don't feel guilty!

I don't do my best work under a deadline... I do my only work under a deadline!
