I love these writing windsprints.
I just got 713 words written in a half an hour. And, I think they're good. I mean, they flowed, they wanted to be written. And I even had the strength to tell a friend "I'm sprinting, I'll be with you in 10 minutes" (sorry, Kyril!) because I didn't want to fall behind!
One or two of these, and I'm hitting my goal for the day.
Another one coming up at 11, but thus far for the day, I've written:
1181 words (718 of which were during the sprint)
and 1.48% of the book...
One more sprint, and I can call it a day!
(Oh yeah, and I kicked his butt again! 478 to 713!)
