My question to you is this: When will journalists in the country finally realize that our government HAS NO CREDIBILITY left to find?? Credibility was lost when weapons of mass destruction were never found in Iraq. Credibility of any kind has never come back to this administration. When will journalists in the country finally realize that not only has the credibility of this adminstration been long absent, but that the credibility of this country as a world leader has been macheted away mercilessly by constant lies, by constant attacks against those who would criticize the administration (did the change BACK to french fries from freedom fries suddenly make it all right that some moronic administration flunkee actually caused this to happen in the first place?).
From Bush's first days in office, his administration has gone out of its way to publicly alienate anyone who they couldn't bully around to do their bidding and flagrantly attack anyone who opposed their policies.
It is time that journailsts such as yourself finally get on the bandwagon and start denouncing this monster for exactly what he is. Dubyuh will forever be known in world history as "The Great Divider," or, perhaps more fittingly, "The Dumbest Man to Ever Lead a Country to Ruin." The sad thing is that it takes a tragedy like New Orleans (and Bush's concurrent round of golf in San Diego) to finally get journalists to listen to what millions of Americans have been saying for eight years. George W. Bush is a fraud, a liar, a cheat and he couldn't lead his dog out of the rose garden without signs pointing the way. Too bad the damage has already been done. Now, let's just hope that it isn't too extensive to fix (although the next democrat in the white house will be spending his entire term FIXING the mess THIS president has left behind).
