Sometimes it really sucks being the eye of the storm. It really kind of holds you hostage, you can't take the decisive "hurricane" actions you might like to (because you know they'd just pull you into the chaos around you). So you end up holding back, and getting hurt or taken advantage of, where a more "stormy" person might have railed in outrage and had her feelings more strongly considered.
There's definately strongpoints and drawbacks to both sides.
