jesshartleyJust found out I'm going to be a part of Family Games: the 100 Best! Wow! For those of you who follow such things, Family Games: The 100 Best is a companion volume to Hobby Games: The 100 Best, which won an ENnie last year for best non-fiction publication!
SQUEE! To say I'm excited about being a part of FG:T100B is an understatement!
Can't give specifics yet, but this is the word from the PR department:
Family Games: The 100 Best will be a companion volume to Hobby Games: The 100 Best, published by Green Ronin and edited by James Lowder. The book will feature another all-star line up of designers and publishers writing about the best board games, card games, RPGs, and miniatures games accessible to non-hobbyists. We won't be repeating any games covered in Hobby Games: The 100 Best, and the essayists will include some people from the first book and between 30% and 50% new voices. The book will feature a foreword by board game legend and Senior Director of Product Acquisition for Hasbro Games Mike Gray (Fortress America) and an afterword by author and actor Wil Wheaton (Stand By Me, Star Trek: The Next Generation).
