My dear friend, thrownmonkey, lives in NE Portland, Oregon.  Until sometime last night, so did his car.

He woke up this morning to find that his vehicle had gone on walk-about (or would that be drive-about), more than likely at the evil behest of some villainous soul (and not the good kind of villain, either... the bad kind, with a meth-habit, not a zombie-monkey...)

If you're in the Portland area, I'd appreciate it if you'd keep an eye out for thrownmonkey's poor lost car... Call the cops if you see it (I'll post if it's found.) And if you're in the PDX area, or on any LJ communities where such a thing is permissible, please feel free to link back to this, so we can spread the word. (I ask you to link back here, so I can just update one location when it's found.)

Minor damage to the front bumper and a dent in the front hood.  Went missing sometime between last night (8/25) after 10:00 PM and this morning (8/26) at 8:00 AM.  Back left window had a small cutout of Stan from Southpark saying "What's the point in caring if all it brings is pain.".  No bumper stickers or other decals past that.

 

If you see it, can you tell it to go home?

What maniac steals a Olds? Be on the look out for a white 60 something male, with a white belt, matching shoes and pants hiked up to his chest :P
