In which we are very pleased...

What a lovely evening. Thank you to everyone who came out, and to those who couldn't, you were missed.

I had purchased 50 name tags, and we severely ran short. I bet there were 80 people here all total. From as far away as California and Seattle, some from just down the street (Although Pat and Matt ran off the two little punks who were throwing rocks at people in the hot tub, so they don't count.)

Much food was eaten, much drink was imbibed, much fun was had. Even the tense parts were overwhelmed by the sheer enormity of the ocean of friendship that filled our house.

Thank you all. We leave in two weeks feeling very very loved.
