In which we enlist help...

I admit it, I'm not a graphic-oriented person... that is to say, I don't do visual art well. I would like to have a banner featuring the front cover of In Northern Twilight to submit to Preditors and Editors, as they'll put it up as free PR for a month... I have the cover (in a jpg form) and the info that needs to be added to it... Would anyone with more experience doing that kind of thing like to give a shot to playing with it for me?
