In which we try to catch up and fail..
Dec. 10th, 2004 08:59 amI know I'm hopelessly behind on updating. I haven't written about GenCon SoCal or the fact that I passed the written portion of my Hofling test (the service-half of the Courtier Sergeantry Trials here in Stromgard). I haven't thanked CyranoCyrano for flying up from California to play chauffeur for me for my birthday, nor for the lovely lavender scented bathsalts. I haven't thanked MortalCity or ThrownMonkey or BigDaddy or DruidEclipse or NukeC or EternalEpona or Andrew for attending Embers to help me celebrate (I may be forgetting someone, but my brain is still very tired.)
I haven't discussed all the wonderful people I met at GenCon or the neat opportunities that may be popping up for me by attending.
I haven't talked about my feelings on turning 37 tomorrow, or the fact that my daughter has discovered that the Tooth Fairy isn't as magical as she believed it to be.
I don't know that I'll get time to actually follow up on those things, or on the posing I did for ArtFemme, or the fabulous art she did for our upcoming comic book series. Heck, I don't know that I've even touched on the comic book series.
I'm mostly very tired.
And totally not prepared for Christmas.
