In which we love it...

Pat and Autumn took me to see the Chronicles of Narnia:The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe today.

Awesome.

As the credits rolled, tears were rolling down my cheeks.

I know...

I couldn't help crying either.

The music helped a great deal with emotional manipulation. And while I didn't cry, I will admit to be affected deeply by several of the scenes and characters.

The actor who played Mr. Thomas (the faun) was brilliant. He created an entire backstory with two words and a pause and, to be honest, his story was my favorite one of them all. The beavers were a hoot!

The ending, just like the BBC original, had me close to crying as well. :/

Whoops. I knew that. My goodness, what WAS I thinking when I typed that???? I think it was something nasty about James McAvoy. Nasty in a good way mind you...but nasty none the less. :)
